he got stamping in chennai, right after he was done stamping, right next week they closed chennai consulate

On of my frd got H1b stamping on july 1 st week, they are giving NIE approval along with if H1B visa is approved .

Before july they gave 30 days time to travel us but now someone is saying they giving 12 months time period.
