Hi all,
Need practical advice, please help.

We are a family of 5 (husband, in laws and child living in Hyderabad. I quit my job to take care of my special needs child. House kondamu ane time ki the prices have soared. We need to go for more than 80% for home loan. With a single source of income, no other properties at hand is it advisable to go for such a huge house loan? Is there any possibility for market crash.. I see a lott of projects in Hyderabad. Are there really that many takers? Husband already reached 40 and we need to think practically. Kindly share your suggestions.

No rude comments please. We are already in a financial crunch and we need to think practically for 'what after us' scenario for our special needs child.
