Valid H1b visa until 2023 , No stamping can I go on Cruise ?

Also read many forums in the past that with valid 797 u can take cruise. This was 5yrs back, dont know if things have changed lately and particularly with Covid restrictions. Also read that some ppl called customs and confirmed they are good to take cruise, but right before boarding the cruise, at the check-in counter cruise ppl did not allow becuase they dont have valid stamping. So better check with cruise ppl as well

Mundu em apply cheyakkarle and there is no particular process.  Its same as regular POE . Risk vacation kosam tesukuntama anedi diff question though.
