No, I have been in the UK for 12 years and never faced any one from AP who speaks about Technologies.

Mostly Telugu people in UK are testers. And as far as I know, same is the case in USA too.

but the ratio is always too low... it might be just 1:100

I don't mean any offense to you or your company kani mee company iche billing/salary ki aa range resources ee vastharemo. Not every company needs advanced skills also.

FAANG companies or Ivy league schools nundi vache valla circle lo mostly valla range valle vuntaru and vice-versa.

Telugu vallu chala mande IITs, NITs ki veltharu and most of them end up in decent positions..not as testers and BAs.

UK testers true cause antha jamana lo migrated batch.. but its not the same case in US
