so the question is, is that illiterate fcuk Yogi lying about the number of tests. Or does he actually have no testing strategy and will waste money testing 2.2lakh samples when less than 0.01% of them turned out positive

The fresh infections have been reduced by over 38,000 from the peak which was 38,055 on April 24. Where major other states have been witnessing a greater surge of fresh Covid-19 infections (daily cases ranging from 22,000-2,000), Uttar Pradesh has been able to restrict the daily case-count below 100 for nearly two months now.

They are getting compensated for the tests done by center . 

UP/bihar were so bad at controlling initial  covid surge that their population got herd immunity first , the low case numbers makes sense . 

Anyone who thinks UP/bihar did well controlling the pandemic is fooling themselves , hundreds of kids die each month due to diarrhoea in those states .

Didn't say anything about controlling. Just curious why keep testing at this amount. Huge waste of resources, that can be used to conduct further research into covid

I'm gonna assume virus worked it's magic and 1% ( avg mortality rate) of people in UP died. Bhisht fcuker is doing all sorts of theatre to cover it up

You see central covid funds will expire if they don't use it , so they are using it on tests . 

Ofcourse corruption is all but given in these contracts all over the country , UP is no exception

Almost all central funding schemes look like this , you have to use them for specific purpose or they expire . Even if the purpose for which it is being used is worthless
