Planning to travel to india. Any risks? Can i travel and come back and my EB3 downgrade process is good?

If yiu are saying about just 140 no issues 

Except advance parole ki tappa any application ki no issues if it's progress

Yes its just about I40 not about AP.

When you are in India if your application comes to review- your EAD will be issued but AP will be rejected. You can happily come back with your stamped H1 or L1 visa and reapply for AP again which may take 4 more months.

I went to india when my i140 was in progress .. after coming back .. i upgraded it to premium .. and got it approved
