What sort of revenue are they expecting from small sector like film industry ?  They won't even get 5-10 crores extra for this sort of crap .

Adding extra compliance will only lead to corruption down the line 

If they really want extra revenue , just open more liquor shops, reduce rate to match neighbouring states   , they can get more money than all of sand , electricity hike , cinema portal combined
