added roasted methi podi (pinch) and dhaniya powder too

also one spoon sugar. I like my pulusu a bit sweet

Yes bro add a bit sugar or jaggery (maree ekkuva vaddu) to reduce the rough note in tamarind and to makes it delicious. and forgot earlier bro, add a bit corriander & cumin powder.

yes pulusu lo bellam vesathaaru andhuke.....it compliments well with tamarind

yea alage koddige tene kuda add seyyandi.. will mask the soily taste of jaggery
