How many people will Elon Musk kill per year

that's because only Tesla is dumb enough to market and release FSD into the commercial sector in large numbers. Other auto companies are worried about liability issues.

tech wise, Honda is the only car that came out with Level 3 autonomy with its Legend. And its only selling 100 vehicles.

hence the title. Musk is exaggerating the capabilities of his driving systems, with no thought to the number of people he's putting at risk.

And mostly because of those liabilities it will never be released

and because of heavily publicized Tesla accidents where people are killed, Self driving may be kept on the backburner for a lot of years.

The systems are actually working , it's the people who are at fault here .

Obviously the name FSD is misleading , perhaps a name change and compulsary tutorial to all new customers using self drive systems

No. Those who already bought Tesla expecting fully autonomous driving will be sorely disappointed. It's never happening.
