Not this one but I did see a similar keyboard being used by document typists in Nellore with the whole telugu layout  

It's was really amusing to see them type in telugu ,  most words were formed by autofill program though

nenu..ala...telugu keyboard kosam choostunte..idi dorikindi...

in iphone..i can see the keyboard with telugu letters...so i can able to type easily..

but in mac...it is getting difficult...

Best to use Google keyboard and type in english. 95% is auto corrected/ filled - just start typing first few characters in English
