Thomas Conrad, 91, (pictured) was charged with battery and resisting arrest on Saturday afternoon after he punched his 46-year-old neighbor Jack Henson twice outside of his home in Sorrento, 30 miles from Orlando, said the Lake County Sheriff's Department.

A 91-year-old Florida man roused from his afternoon nap by a neighbor's lawnmower punched the much-younger man twice in the face during a spat over property lines, police said. 

Thomas Conrad was charged with battery and resisting arrest on Saturday afternoon after he decked his 46-year-old neighbor Jack Henson outside their homes in Sorrento, said the Lake County Sheriff's Department. 

Henson told police that his 'lawn guy was being yelled at by (Conrad) for being on his property while cutting the grass' around 5 pm at the gated RedTail Country Club Community, about 30 miles north of Orlando.
