I don’t think we can invest in some govt. bonds and take back money after few years. we should invest in a business where we have to hire at least 10 full time employees with all benefits and run it for couple of years on conditional GC. if they think that you are some serious business man then they will give GC

No need you can invest in some existing projects and they will show you as an investor and you can apply in EB5… there is one telugu guy shoora EB5 he is advertising in Telugu news channels also check it.. I just saw the ads.

h1 - gc - 7 to 10 yrs - u contribute around ~300k (include projected ROI) in the form of taxes

investor - gc - 2 yrs - u contribute around ~200k (include projected ROI) in taxes + generating employment - less process time for GC

if u have 500k there is no point in not paying for gc 

explore investment options - finalize - speak up to attorney atb bruh

pet franchises - 30 lakhs for franchise + setup  + 10-15 for leasing out rental space (2-3 years to break even) - dog o bow
