As i said it is a strange thought phenomenon. I think being an "indian" does it. It has deeper psychological reasons. One thing that i can think of is contempt towards people who dont speak hindi or learn hindi. That Prof Jaishankar used to mention that as mark of superiority. Second things is extreme distaste for people who come from south and wield some power no matter how beneficial it is. It is a form of self hatred and andhra peope were best victims for it.
