rey yedhava, I was responding to his claim that private people should be left to build it. I said no one is gonna come forward without free land made available by the state/union govt.

Who was financing the project ? Whole of AP. Don't use the word donation , it was an agreement that ap state broke . So return their lands back . 

If you want to finance it make it a private corporation and get loans using the land as collateral from various institutions. 

If not spending lakhs of crores in a small pocket of state is injustice then every part of the state must rise up and demand the same

Ofcourse - it is capital of whole of AP. Whole of AP is one. You have more access to kosta from your caste than you have access to kamma or brahmin in your nellore in terms of marriage or social relations. This is in addition to language.

You have zero access to delhi in terms of anything - language or any social relation.
