Evado tastlu vadiki vuntai..

 

Same pani puri tastes sweet in Gujarati..in Delhi golgappa is sweet and bitter ..as they add some kind of bitter masala other than chat masala.

Every region has their own appreciation of  taste .... We cannot just judge ours as superior and others  inferior ...

Unfortunately these third world country people think everyone in India eats dishes they serve in  indo pak restaurant while half of the population in India themselves never eat or try them..

Every guy who goes to Chinese food say I love Chinese food but little dis he know the varieties of it ..across china ..Cantonese Vietnamese Laos ...that share oriental flavour 

So taking third man opinion who occasionally try certain food doesn't make one variety better than other.
