Eb2 to eb3 downgrade- Interfiling

Attorneys suggesting to not interfile .

uscis will automatically adjust your 485 if your date is current in eb2 only if your both approved I140 (eb2 and eb3) are with same employer.

 

if you interfile or file new 485 under eb2 while eb3 485 is pending it will take many years as per attorneys

Few people got response in 3-4 weeks addressing the interfile with receipt number but have not seen approvals yet

I heard few people say, uscis would see if your PD is current in both and approve 485 (filed in eb3) ??? Even if 140 is pending on eb3??

Don't think so if these guys are flexible unless we file two 485 they can always check a number but to expect that much from uscis don't knwo

I heard few people saying they got the receipt # on telegram interfile/ refile group

along with 485j I think.

no approvals and success stories so far, lot of employers are warning that application will

be stuck for few years in case of confusion

Uscis applications ni process chesinappudu kadaa… Maa applications over 1 year nunchi alaage unnaayi… without any updates…
