Just about to buy a Macbook:

M1 Pro Chip Vs Intel Core i9 - 11th Gen

Cost is not an issue for me. So please vote which one should I buy.

If you ask one parameter, my preference is speed

If your priority is speed and macbook can run all the programs you need there's nothing on the market that beats M1 pro 

Intel i9 while powerful requires enormous amount of power to do high performance tasks and throttles easily in a laptop frame.

Even a ryzen 5900H laptop is faster than 11th gen i9 in real life usage 

If speed is only priority in a laptop 

M1 Max > M1 pro > ryzen 5900H > intel i9

How apple develops is ...

It's not an assembled piece.. you have to buy what is there in the market inthe form of whole laptop or something . 

Apple products ar designed in such a way.. they use the best required for the processor. 

 

That's why apple products are best and costly. 

 

No apple customer thinks ABT the Ram, processors anything like that..
