Don't blame Jagan anna for this. If MROs and police are not corrupt, there is no way Jagan could have been able to pull off the scheme. Blame the people for this, don't blame the guy for facilitating the worst to come out of people.

Why no such things happening in TG or earlier ? Officially you run the shows... If there are minor loop holes, plug them... Now govt gets 0 money, local police and MRO makes money
