Weather wise baane untaadi bro nature also beautiful.

But lots of very conservative people live there. Like extremely conservative people live in parts of Tennessee, in fact outside of Nashville it's all a Bible belt.

25K* 10 years = 250k. With inflation adjusted it will be 400K.

In retrospect, Your hiking is still worth it in Colorado after 10 years from now? Jk bhayya

Eppudu edo high inflation undi kani, usual ga 10yrs lo antha adjustments undavu.

if you invest 250K in stocks/ETF's/mutual funds etc today then 10yrs lo 400 pakka avthundi

whether you live Apt or Home - you pay property tax . Only thing with Apt is community owner would pay the property taxes but they are rolled into your Rent. There is no escaping of Property taxes in texas vaa

Yeah but 1300 rent is reasonable if A family can stay there, send kids to great school and enjoy no state tax. It’s very much average all over the country now.

I rather do it that way and let my landlord take care of massive property taxes.

Picha lite, home price went up by more than 100k since we bought. So peddem commitment ledu akkada can sell anytime if I really wanted to.

But I am happy to live in a fairly multicultural and walkable neighborhood, wouldn't trade that with living in a shithole to save 25k more

Especially in the states that are discussed here
