Ipudu kotha trend Atlanta na after Austin ?

What I noticed about Atlanta and why I chose:

- still very affordable compared to Austin. You can get 4000+sft single house for 550K in many good areas like Cumming, Suwanee, Buford etc

- lots of product based companies there now. It's even called silicon valley of the east. May be not as much as Austin but lots of product based companies are there.

- Weather is very nice throughout the year. Mild winters only in Dec, Jan

- Affordable hosing in good school districts

- Airport Connectivity

- Lots Indian activities (for me cricket is very important)

- Fast growing city

I am not putting down Austin or saying bad about Austin. These are only my preferences for why I chose Atlanta
