You expect police will let you keep the stolen property? Also drug money. I think they listed it for people like SFO but penning it down this way is a joke..

all property that is stolen cannot be recovered by the police, it may have been converted, used or concealed. Obviously it is not for people who are not caught as nobody is foolish to report to IRS.
