Queens bro. $3050  for 1 bedroom apartment with parking. Any part of Manhattan direct subway in 30-45 mins max. Nenu Elmhurst.  Cheap kavali  and desi  community antey Jackson Heights or Richmond Hill. Flushing kuda okay.

Path and NJ transit bring people to NYC. Apartments are expensive near path trains though. 2 bed 2 bath will cost 3500-5500.
