Muscle build is nothing to do with metabolism, I donno what you are reading or who is guiding you

You are wrong uncle. Metabolism increases even if u sleep more with moderate walk. Sleep plays 50 percent of metabolism

Running valla improve avtundhi stamina and also with cardio with proper sleep, just weights n muscle building makes u more tired n I believe it’s not guaranteed that it builds ur stamina or metabolism. For example you can work harder building muscle and try sleeping few hours than u sleep in a given day, your stamina n metabolism diminishes

Oh adha, running cheyy baa and do run in trails too, I was a gym guy too and I have a flat stomach only with biking and hiking everyday. Yes it’s ur choice to have gym setup, but if you wanna burn your flab, weights are useless.. do burpees a lot, n planks and whatever excercise that burns your core stomach. Weights or muscle building exercises will just make u look more stouter coz they just convert your fat to shape but not lean
