How TDP Successfully Made YCP Social Media Weak?

Once upon a time the social media activism of YCP was lauded as the best in the entire nation. The social media team was so strong until 2019 which was successful in sensitizing the people in support of YCP.

But now, no one knows where it disappeared. Suddenly there is silence. Whatever the trolls and memes surfacing in whatsapp or social media accounts at present, they are all done by some enthusiastic youngsters who are not part of the official social media team.

Now YCP has formed the government. It has been doing various welfare and development activities since 2019. Surprisingly nothing has been coming to the notice of the general public.

What happened to the digital media division of the government of AP? Sources say that a team of 160 employees are working full time on taking the news about the government activities to the people. But hardly anything has been visible and shared or circulated within the public.

When inquired from the official government sources, it was revealed that every video shot or the digital designs made are being reported to the CMO.

Well, the bottomline is that the work is getting concluded by reporting to the CMO every day. What is the use of this? The ultimate destiny of that work should be the public.

There are ways to make those videos viral. There are methods to spread the news on social media. Why is the Digital Media not taking up that responsibility and if taking, then why the result is not seen?

When Ketireddy, the MLA of Dharmavaram and Margani Bharat, the MP of Rajahmundry could make themselves highly visible on social media with their regular and aggressive social media promotions, why can't the Digital Media of AP spread the glory of the government to the smartphones of the general public?

Keeping that aside, the social media team has become weak because the TDP proved successful in frightening them by filing cases and dragging them to the Court.

The pitiful thing is that the CMO didn't take any step to shield their ardent social media activists. The officers didn't carry the information about the troubles faced by their social media activists to the CM. The silence from the party head when they were being arrested and dragged to the court of law, made the social activists lose interest in the YCP to great extent. Their silence can be attributed only to this.

It is needless to say that the King should support his soldiers when they are fighting with the opponents. When the opponents arrest the soldiers, the King should raise his voice in support of his men, though the law takes its due course of action. The silence of the King breaks the hearts of the soldiers more than the muscle of opponents.

Thus TDP has become successful in controlling the social media activists of YCP.

The media management of YCP is almost zero when compared to what Chandrababu did in his time. Probably the YCP leadership may be of the opinion that nothing needs to be done when the people are with them.

The inefficiency of the party leadership in maintaining the social media activists and the incapability of the Digital Media wing in promoting the government activities in the internet circuit need to be corrected immediately to build an iron wall around the fort of YCP.
