The main reasons for current house price increase are

1) low inventory because of supply chain issues

2) low interest rate.. this is getting fixed now

3) stock growth. Looks like there is correction now.

 

i think housing market will get corrected now by 5-20% or best case will stabilize. I dont think it will go up further in next 2-3 yrs
