I use Surfshark vaa, I think I paid $60 for 3 years or something. I thought it was a good deal. I love it, it's fast and I usually connect to a VPN in Switzerland for downloading torrents(downloading torrents is legal there)

I check piratebay and kickasstorrents for any torrents I need

Telugu I use movierulz. They upload torrents too. Anglam I use pahe.ph. they give Google drive and mega links. Very fast to download.
