Medicines won’t help. Making lifestyle changes come out medicines in that way condition improves. Hence condition improved when I decided to make life style changes .

Gade doing ba, ever since doc told me my wife has been very strict and making meals for my health.  Although I am consuming meds as well 500gram metformin tho started. But I want to get rid of meds from my next visit.

how many months did i take you to become normal?

In 5 weeks appt vundi ba. Tension aytundi, I must see imporvement in my next visit and get off meds

did you try checking on your own using blood glucose monitor?

Get cgm and monitor your glucose levels then Ardam avtadi ni body Ela responding anedi, for me it took 1 month to come out of meds . 
healthy diet and walk always helps you in long term not just diabetis.. many diseases can be prevented

CGM teesuko kaka…it’s a good device. Sometimes uncomfortable using it all the time but you will get used to it. Each body responds differently to blood sugar breakdown so don’t take it as a scale. Poddugala podduniki manchi exercise chey, not the heavy Boulder lifting ones but cycling in the morning for 30 mins and swimming in the evening for 30 mins and observe the blood sugar levels..accordingly either increase or decrease the exercise and observe how it is responding…life long narakam kante ie koddi weeks kasta padadam better
