At present illu kone janalu, I mean last year sign chesinollu (4.5-5) ki kuda commit avutaru because of peer/society pressure and house cost. In 2006-2007 lo kuda same 5.5-6 vunnay interest rates 1-2 years then slowly lowered to 4.5-5 in 2008 when recession started. Let’s see how this cycle go this time..

New houses market slow avutadi due to but used home market affect avutadi sure most of the markets. 2008-2010 new houses konnollu chala takkuva due to job fear/recession at the same time used home prices 40-60% down ayyay. 2008-2010 different situation but we may see those kind of affects in worst case. Builders will not construct homes for cheaper prices due to labor shortage and other post covid factors.

6% varaku vellakapovachu. 5% varaku aithey vellali. Lekhapothey inflation control kaadhu.... Pichi pooook fed. Last year ey interest rates penchalsindi... Waited too long.
