I140 question

Let’s say you transferred h1 ( with already i140and joined another company and u got 3 years 

do we need to get i140 completed with second company within those 3 yrs it doesn’t matter until our date is current ? 
also after 3 years will u get extension even if i140 is not filed with second

not needed okasari pd establish ayyaka you can get unlimited 3 year h1/h4&H4ead approvals based on that.

nope only 1st time matters and it can be used for h1 extensions and h4 ead

Just wait for 180 days after approval in the first company it can be used for n number of h1 transfers
