Miss ayyedi emi ledu, DMV area, oka age varaku ok untadi, bachelor, pelli aina kothalo , snow and sunshine lo photos, drive to NY, niagara falls etc, avanni nenu family tho kalsi atleast 10 times choosa. Vacations ante, nenu out of US, within and outside India choose stage ki vacha. pillalu ochaka, hard to stay in DMV area, not sure what stage of life you are at, but this comes from age and experience.

good that you biught, i still remember one guy asked me a question do you have mckinney north of 380 and another guy made a comment its too far compared to frisco. same guys now suggesting people to buy homed in celina, melissa for 200k to 300k more ymthsn that

Not sure why ppl taking personally ..right now situation is even bad than 4 months..appatlo atleast interest rates affordable unde..for a family with middle school kids home is a must to settle down with kids schooling..now if some single income person with 300k cash also not able to close mortgage because by income they falling out based on mortgage 6% interest rates..

Ppl who with small kids and who don't have need the house good opportunity can wait..house prices corrected 5 to 10% and but brand new and posh houses in master planned communitirs still going at very fast pace..

mortgages are for long term and most people buy houses thinking of staying for many years. short term lo market down ayina...few years lo they will be back. so no one is losing here. down lo unnapdu konnavadiki kunchem ekkuva appreciation untundi ante.

Once you purchase a house and move into it, no one cares how much it is worth and whether the value increases or decreases.. you live there no matter what!! you just have to make sure that the monthly mortgage payment is affordable…

Being a resident of Prosper for 11 years..... I gave my honest opinion on Prosper/Frisco/Celina market.... its you who replied to me and started abusing personally....... A smart investor or person is who will respect the voices of all opinion good or bad.
