I had to go with flow and bought one for 650k. It is the stretch that is happening everywhere, it's just that since TX is too much in discussions, everyone are taking TX as reference. Tell me couple of GOOD cities, where the competition and demand is still less a d affordable. Practical ga alochinchamantunma bro. Nenu austin, houston and dallas markets lo chala communities tiriganu. Nenu mind make up cheskoni. 150k above my budget konnanu ante, I was just going with the flow antunna. If you compare DMV and TX salaries, they are exactly same, hence did the comparison. Don't know much CA salaries, and read somewhere that , companies aren't decreasing the base, since they(CA) get more in RSUs. Anyways, end of the day, illu avasaram anukunte evaraina konukkondi, short term(3-5) lo malli ammese uddesham unte konchem aaagandi, my 2 cents. Probably one of best communications for kids to be growing up..just fyi..there are atleast 200 to 250 events in a year and full fledge bar and restarunt in the community and gym in the community..also best for kids diversity and atleast I know close to 100 Indian families live here and it's growing as well with time..
