US Visitor visa from UK - Doubts Pls

Hi, Could some pls help with the documents required for US visitor visa(Visiting cousins) from UK(Indian citizens with ILR)

Do we in UK have to show any minimum balance in our bank accounts for the days spent in USA? Official website doesn't have exact information.

What all documents my cousin need to send and what all documents should we prepare in UK from our side?
