Recently my cousin got married to his colleague. She is still working in IT and

drawing more pay than my cousin who left IT for Govt. JOB. When I asked him

he told his father (my uncle) got 72 lakhs after retirement plus pension plus health card.

Work stress is almost zero once get used to the system. He can spend more

time with family. Although he is getting paid little less he still preferred Govt. JOB.

My cousin Net salary 60k

His wives Net salary 80k

Appudu vere govt job ki shift or IT ki change

Appudu age baar avuthundi ga. My question is will benefits rollover? Will they still get pension? Pension, holidays and job security are the major perks.

What’s the point of age baar if he is already married? Govt jobs won’t get pension for new hires but they have a better job security than private ones anyday

No once you are in a govt job, you can request promotions or change in departments if you have contacts. There is no age baar for that unless it’s civils services. IT lo ageism aa there is no such thing in IT I guess. I heard 60 aged people working in IT like they are never gonna retire
