50 years hydrerabad capital ga undhi , baaganey develop ayindhi but I have not seen any benefit for vizag , vijaywada , Nellore , etc with having a developed hydrerabad as capital

Did state govt fund any huge infrastructure project in any part of current Andhra Pradesh while hydrerabad was capital ? 

Hyderabad development helped Hyderabad and govt employees  not common people of Andhra

High court has delivered a judgement far out of its capacity. Executive has the power to decide on administrative aspects of the state. Judicial bodies do not have the power to decide on the administrative and executive wings of the government. Judicial activism is going to take the country down one day.

Farmers tho rasini contract breach chestunnaru vayaa.. No one else interfere except for courts.. 

Just as an example.. nuvuu okka contract raasav with someone, they breached it.. don't you think you will have the right to go to the court and get compensated for? or will you say oh court has unnecessarily interfered antava or far out of capacity antava?

Court cannot decide where the capital can be, the deadline for development of a capital etc etc. It cannot say, assembly does not have authority to change capital.

CRDA act says that capital will be developed and you will get this.. this this. here and it will be done this within this time ani. That is the contract written vayya.. 
All the court was saying is provide the status on what was written on the contract.
