yes, relatives can do it. But, ee drop box employees chala extralu chestunnaru emadya..maa parents visa photos reject chesadu and asked them to get them again. near lo oka juice shop lo photo studio undi, vaadu 3 photos ki 650/- rupess adigadanta..ila emaina adigithey kastam better parents also go to drop box appointment.

Baiyya .. photos 2 to 3 different studio lo tipiyyu for safe side . Other than that issue you can drop off
