Hi Folks,

 

I would like to know visa procedure to student visa to citizen in USA as an India.

Simple path = F1 --> OPT --> H1B --> PERM --> I-140 --> I-485 --> Green Card 

Kanipinchinata simple kadu, time chala patudundi.

I know chittoor. iam a permanent resident. I came after marriage. I got doubt because many are struggling in this procedure. many feeling me like an enemy without having any issue. So that i curious to know why and what is the procedure to Greencard to a student.
