most of the people slogged here for 5-6 yrs before buying a home as it needs enough job stability and financial reserves

Dont do Joint account for at least 3 years after marriage .... you never know who this person is and how she will react after seeing savings.... so transparency in finances is required but no joint account if she is not earning ....🙏

This is good suggestion ... but remember that buying a house is just not sufficient ..... you need to think about later ..... intol decoration, curtains , then 2 carports vunte second car antu ...... lot of spending will be there .....

ante just 5% down chesi , illu kone gaane saripoddu ... every month maintenance(lawn, pest, electricity, water, gas, internet)  and extra karchulu vuntayeee.... remember this ...... people dont budget this when living in rental .... the electricity and water are less than when you run a big house .....

Ade townhome ki no manual maintenance needed. But HOA fee pelipoddi. Also konni townhome owners rent chesthe HOA fee veyyaru. So adi kuda chudochu.
