Escaped anakudad vaa you crossed the bump. Basically signed inflated house priced when rates were low, now to close rates jumped high... both sides music.... unfortunately new constructions ki ide prb. That's why many home sales in feb early March were used

sSc_hidingsofa evaraina illu konetappudu they do calculate and know how much they are going to pay and what are the risks right. fall back plan veskuni unnodu konukuntaru or they know what to do if things sont work right.

High cost basis at low interest = x monthly payment

Low cost basis at high interest = x monthly payment 

Ivi rendu same kadu antunna .. 

You can always refinance when interest rates go down and your monthly payments come down in second scenario  ..

but in scenario 1 home prices padithe .. negative equity loki velthadi or underwater mortgage aithadi .. if you are palnning to keep the home for long at least 7yrs then shouldnt be a problem .. if not madhyalo ammalsi vasthe loss ..

Im not saying to buy a home or not buy a home or wait .. just two different scenarios chepthunna
