New company ki H1-B transfer approved.

Is it safe to give 2 week notice to the current company now? Can I work for 2 weeks after H1-B approval with a different company?

Sorry baa. Immigration lo konchem weak.

Naa baavam enti ante… When do you provide 2 week notice to the current company in the H1-B transfer process?

To put it in a different way I cannot give 2 week notice during H1-B transfer process. What if my H1-B transfer gets denied after 2 week notice annadi question.

I would suggest ... Do not give Notice until you have an Approval .. Its risky ..

yes u can. These are 2 different H1B. As long as u dont work for both at the same time, u can work for ur current employer as long as u want.

no, unless they withdraw or the approved time is complete it wont expire. These are 2 different H1Bs. Every H1b is different, u can have multiple approved but cannot use them at the same time unless one of them is concurrent.
