I came down from 30% body fat to 19% now. it took me almost an year.. mindful, healthy eating (occasional cheat eats) and regular workout and peaceful sleeps helped me achieve. This is going to be my life long journey......

Bro share u r diet and workouts here. Maku use avuddi.

I lost 10 lbs in 45 days. Inka 40 lbs taggali oka 6 months lo. Doing intermittent fasting and following low carb diet.

but weekends 2-3 cheat meals paduthunnay. 1 cheat meal ki targeting.

Ok but sudden ga antha weight taggatam kuda correct kadu emo kada kaka.

Nenu last year ee time ki around 88 unna 

Present 82 ki vacha 

Weight loss anedi slow ga unte best emo. Think about it

Yes, month ki oka 5-6 lbs thaggam healthy ne. @Shameless la 2 months ki 30 lbs thaggam not healthy

I totally agree with you on this bro...gradual loss untene better..but once workout start chesi, oka 2-3 lbs difference kanoisthe chalu, automatic ga motivation occhesthundhi workout regular ga cheyadam

My weight loss was for a different reason bro...lost close cousins due to COVID in India in just 2 months and couldn't travel to India to be with the family in hard times...but anyway that weight loss helped me lose body fat...I am not fat though but I was around 165 lbs and reduced to 130 lbs, and currently maintaining 140 lbs...

Nothing much.....First thing is cutoff the regular biryani and start regular workout... workouts antey not lifting heavy machines. overall body exercises. Try to wellness centers in your area instead of Gyms. I go to below following daily classes..regularly 5 days a week.

1. Kettle ball classes.

2 HIIT classes.

3. Core strengthening classes. 

4.Pump classes.

5.P90X

6. Cardio classes. 

Most of these are concentrating in muscle conditioning and strengthening. 

 

Coming to diet... limit your carbs...and most importantly limit your sugars...

I eat a lot of vegetables , fruits , eggs and lean meat...overnight oats as breakfast (youtube this). 

And most importantly diet is depends on your body type.. just try to eat clean foods... no processed foods.

Weekly once biryani must bro. Ippude tinna biryani.

but 5 days strict low carb diet chestunna. For now only doing walking for 4-5 kms 5 days
