eh okati question - multiple transfers at the same time - from India

My cousin is in India. One employer filed transfer a month ago in normal processing. But we've doubts on approval odds as they are a very small time employer and not sure if they can get approval or respond strongly upon RFE or challenge if denied. So alternative we found another employer who has strong immigration background & team. Now the question is can we file another transfer petition if one petition is in processing/pending status. Any issues/consequences. pls help with your suggestion, knowledge, experience 🙏
