Is it possible to work 2 remote jobs, one on H1b and one on GC-EAD? I have an overlap of 3 weeks of starting a new job (GC-EAD) and leaving the old one (H1). I-485 is pending (spouse is primary applicant). Any repercussions on I-485/naturalization?

 

It should be fine. When you work in a job other than the one on your H1b, you automatically lose H1b status. However, at that time, you have an I-485-based EAD, which allows you to work in any job you want in the US, and work in as many jobs as you want. So you are authorized to work for both of those jobs at that time, despite your H1b status being lost. At no point are you working in any job without work authorization
