Hmm…cotton always had a higher demand price, used to be 4k/quintal but COVID nundi minimum 6k-8k madhyalo vundi rate and literally last week la it was 12,400/quintal yet there was no cotton availability. 

Cotton mida MSP concept workout avadu, it never really worked like in the case of paddy. same thing with pulses and oil seeds. Because they are cash crops and have higher commercial demand.
