Anyone using it ?? How is it for Dev work especially for docker, kube, backend stuff.

docker is still not stabilized on it...may be couple more releases needed for Docker to fix those issues.

One Drive sync doesnt work properly. i am having issues with taking backup..anduke still using old one. kottadi pakkana padesa

I got 16" 32gb one. No issues so far, I do use k8s and docker on it, but I also have cloud VM for that work. 

Battery life is unreal... startup time is blazing.... 

....Speed - didn't see much improvement - the Dev tools i use are resource hungry and m1 chip is not that different in real world Dev use cases . Maybe video rendering etc are fast....

I have  MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), Apple M1 Max, 64GB. Its the best laptop I have used by far, ITS A BEAST. All the apps are blazing fast, unreal battery life, great display and above all no fking fan running all the time. I had migraines because of the fan noise. I have never heard the fan turn on .. not even once. Just for the fan itself its worth it for me.

Thanks. I'm considering 16 inch as well , its almost $3000 . Delivery is in August.

I have 64 gb and 2 tb one … thopu emi kadu same spec Linux built for almost half price you get same throughputs for or application
