Also look into Roseville vaa more newer communities and scope for expansion there compared to Folsom.

Not much land to build new homes in Folsom

Folsom lo remote areas em levu everything is very well connected and it's so close to Lake Tahoe and all the skiing resorts for winter activities.

Summer lo you can take the Folsom River trail which goes all the way to Sacramento, last year used to go on 30 mile bike rides on that trail. 

Just watch out for rattlesnakes lol
