Boycott Qatar Airways trends at top on Twitter

India has such a negative/unfavorable balance of trade with Qatar with dependence on oil proving to be the Achilles' heel.

All these boycott calls are meaningless unless we attain self-sufficiency and independence in our energy requirements. I know it is a long term goal but heavy investment in R&D in alternative energy sources is a must.

Vistara is so far best in its category and you cannot deny their ser against others. Vistara’s booking is by Amadeus, Singapore Airlines booking systems also work with Amadeus.

In short, 6 out of 10 tickets sold world wide are done through Amadeus systems. India Ki ipativaraku ie advantage lekunde but that’s about to change. 
 

Air Asia is a LCC and I do not want to comment on their cabin service.

That’s partly correct and Air India will never be able to compete with gulf carriers. But there is a sector which Gulf carriers cannot compete with Air India. The rise of non stop services and this is where Air India will play its game. 
 

India-US, LHR, Toronto, Baltics and Europe, India-Australia, India-South East and Far East, Northern Africa sectors la India can do non-stop services. And these sectors have no competition for AI.

Definitely $1500 it being non stop.... but you have to deal with the Delhi Airport transit and then take another flight to Hyderabad kada ..
