I-140 question

No I-140 from current employer . Old employer is revoking I-140 , which was approved a year ago .  Can I get H1b extn on revoked. I-140 ?

old employer cannot revoke after 6 months. You can use old I 140 to renew H1B.

Once you cross 180 days …. It does not matter bro … you can keep getting extension on H1B
