Poor guys they bought this home just last year for $130K over asking price.....1.5M asking price ayyithe..... $1.63 Million sale ayyindi..... this is what you get.... a overpriced looking home in a avg neighbourhood, no wonder people are moving out the shitty california.

 

One more suggestion..... don't ever buy a corner house or at busy stop intersection...... Corner homes are easy targets for robbers.... they usually target them because they have multiple exit plan...... escaping is easy.
