it is basically an anti-democratic role and he is basically a spy of union govt. its derived from british. you dont see such stupid roles in america where washington dc appoints some offcial to oversee an entire state.

President kastamemo…considering Tamil Nadu’s contribution to NDA govt formation…it was a Dalit President..and now I think it’s gonna be a tribal woman for president and another woman as Vice.
