Guys , a cousin of mine recently came to US with his wife on J1 visa. 

Any recommendations on where and what insurance to get since the University doesn't cover his insurance.

healthcare.gov is best if they need frequent visits to doctor like pregnancy. Else ISO https://www.isoa.org is cheap and best
